How it works

Join your call

WhoJoined starts by itself the moment you enter a Google Meet call.

Teach, present, or talk

It quietly notes who is in the call every few seconds and saves as it goes.

Open the report

Click the WhoJoined icon. The attendance table is already there, during or after the call.

What you get

Built for teachers, trainers, and anyone who has to know who showed up.

Automatic tracking

No button to press and nothing to remember. If you joined the call, attendance was recorded.

A clear report

Name, first seen, last seen, minutes present, share of the meeting, and how many times each person joined.

Late and short-stay flags

You choose the limits, for example late after 5 minutes or a stay under 75% of the meeting.

Class lists

Paste your list of names once. Every report then shows who was absent, not only who came.

Summary across meetings

One table for a whole course: who attended how many sessions, and who was late.

Export

Download a CSV file, or copy the table straight into Google Sheets or Excel.

Private by design

Attendance records contain other people's names. WhoJoined treats them that way.

Your data stays on your computer

Attendance, class lists and settings are stored in your own browser. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

No account, no sign-in

There is nothing to register for and no server on our side that could hold your data.

No ads and no tracking

WhoJoined contains no analytics and no advertising, and this website sets no cookies.

One exception, stated plainly

If you buy WhoJoined Pro, your license key is sent to our payment provider to check it. Nothing else. See the privacy policy.

Questions

Do I have to be the host?

No. WhoJoined records the people you can see in the call, whoever started it.

Do the other participants need to install anything?

No. Only you install WhoJoined. Nothing changes for the people you meet with.

When does it start counting?

From the moment you join the call. People who left before you arrived are not recorded.

Is there anything I should know while presenting?

Keep the Meet tab visible, for example in its own window. Meet pauses its page while the tab is in the background, so times during that period are less exact. The report tells you when this happened.

Does it work with Meet in my language?

Yes. WhoJoined does not depend on the language Meet is set to. Its own screens are in English.

What is the refund policy?

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying WhoJoined Pro, for any reason. Reply to the receipt email you received after paying and ask for it. Once refunded, the license key stops working and WhoJoined goes back to the free version. Your saved meetings are kept.

Can I use my license on more than one computer?

Yes, on up to 3 computers. You can also deactivate it on one computer and move it to another.
